Deflex Composite is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily production operations at its New Hampshire facility. You will lead a small team, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, and act as the main contact for customers while coordinating with the Canadian leadership.
You will stay close to the production floor, driving process improvements and staff development. Travel to Saint-Victor, Quebec, will be required occasionally, and strong communication skills are essential.
