Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in a LTC/Rehab setting

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and assess patient conditions

Maintain accurate documentation (EMR)

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Supervise LPNs/CNAs as needed

Requirements:

Active RN License (NH or Compact)

BLS Certification

LTC/Rehab experience preferred

Strong clinical and communication skills
