Job description:
Need RN for Days - 7a-7p 36-hour GTE OT available. Initial 13-week contract with extension possible based on performance. The facility is licensed for 80 beds, currently at 74 when full, with a census including Skilled: 10-12, Memory Care: 27 beds in a secured unit, and the remainder in LTC.
Responsibilities:
- Check placement of wonder-guard every shift.
- Ensure wonder-guard is properly working once a day.
- Immediately replace wonder-guard if missing or not working and inform on-call nurse if there are any issues.
