Registered Nurse (RN) – Permanent Nights

Full-Time | 12-Hour Nights

Rate: $36.35–$41.75/hr + Excellent Benefits

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Location: Berlin, NH
• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Every other weekend rotation
• Union position

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current New Hampshire RN License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, resident care plans, and established standards of care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as ordered.
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident conditions and communicate concerns appropriately.
• Supervise and support LPNs and LNAs during assigned shifts.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and professional nursing standards.
