North Country Healthcare is seeking a Weekend Baylor Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing assessments, planning, and care in patients' homes around the Littleton area. This full-time role includes on-call responsibilities and weekend home visits, with availability starting Friday 4:30 pm through Monday 8:00 am.
The RN will ensure care plans are implemented, educate patients and families, administer medications as prescribed, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
