We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to
join our team for various hours between 7PM and 7AM, covering 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Care:
Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.

Care Coordination:
Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.

Supervision:
Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
