Job Description:Need RN for Days - 7a-7p 36 hour GTE OT Available Initial 13 week contract - extension possible with good performance. Licensed for 80 beds, now 74 when full. Census of Skilled: 10-12;
Memory Care: 27 beds, secured unit;
Remainder is LTC. Charting:
My unity
- Net Smart. Days LPN Ratio: 3 nurses and 2 med aides;
Evenings: 3 nurses and 2 med aides;
Nights: 2 Nurses (1:20), 2 med aides.
- Check placement of wonder-guard every shift
- Once a day ensure wonder-guard is properly working
- Immediately replace wonder-guard if missing or not working
- Inform on-call nurse if there are any issues
