North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency seeks a House Coordinator to lead nursing activities for a busy shift across Med-Surg, ICU, ED, and Oncology. The role includes supervisory duties, rotating rounds, and providing direct patient care when needed. A strong RN background and NH license are required.
We value critical care training, PALS/MOAB within a year, and NRP/TNCC within two years. Suitable candidates will orient to ED and ICU to function as the second RN in both areas.
