Job Overview
We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to work in a pain management setting at a 25‑bed critical access hospital in Northern NH.
Role and ScheduleFull‑time (4 days a week) 8AM‑5PM. NP will work at the Berlin location on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and at the Colebrook location on Tuesdays.
Responsibilities- Provide office‑based pain management to new and established patients.
- Work with a high‑functioning pain management team.
- Board certified Nurse Practitioner / NP.
- Adult‑Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) certification preferred.
- Minimum 2years experience in pain management.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- $15,000 sign‑on bonus.

- Up to $20K relocation assistance.
