We are partnering with a global leader in geospatial and GNSS technologies, to hire an experienced Sales Manager to drive market expansion across Germany. This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional with strong industry knowledge and an established network in surveying, geospatial, or construction equipment.

Mission of the Candidate- Develop and execute sales plans for GNSS and surveying product portfolio in Germany
- Identify potential customers, distributors, and channel partners
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and local partners
- Conduct market research, competitor tracking, and prepare sales reports
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver product demos and pre-sales support
- Achieve annual sales and growth targets
- German national, fluent in German & English
- 3–5 years of experience in surveying, GNSS, or construction equipment sales
- Strong network within geospatial, surveying, or construction industries
- Proactive, results-driven, and highly persuasive with strong negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel frequently across Germany
