To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for
Warehouse Operations Team Leads to join our talented Circular Supply Chain team full-time (40 hours/week) onsite 5 days a week in the Berlin Metropolitan area.

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, you are the driving force on the warehouse floor. Your core objective is to oversee your team and the seamless, day-to-day execution of inbound, picking, packing, shipping/outbound, and inventory processes, ensuring operations run smoothly, inventory remains accurate, and the team is fully trained and motivated to meet daily targets.

What you will contribute:

  • Team Leadership: Provide direct supervision and leadership to the fulfillment, inbound, and outbound warehouse teams of up to 15 direct reports.
  • Daily Operations: Lead daily floor operations to ensure seamless order flow and manage device-specific movements, maintaining a steady and efficient operational pace.
  • Mentorship & Onboarding: Train, onboard, and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring they are fully equipped to meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
  • WMS Floor Expert: Act as the floor expert for handheld Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and scanning systems, ensuring strict inventory accuracy through regular monitoring and immediate error correction.
  • Process Optimization: Monitor team performance and support the Operations Manager in eliminating bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all team members strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety compliance guidelines on the warehouse floor, including German load-handling standards (Lastenhandhabungsverordnung).

What you bring:

  • Experience
    :
    Proven hands-on experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment - ideally in an e-commerce or consumer electronics setting.
  • Leadership Track Record: Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, or staff training role.
  • Technical Expertise
    :
    Expert-level practical knowledge of handheld Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanning systems, and digital inventory tracking.
  • Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of high-velocity inbound, picking, packing, and outbound fulfillment processes.
  • People

    Skills:

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, direct, and clearly communicate with a diverse team of warehouse associates.
  • Safety Mindset: High attention to detail, a commitment to precise inventory accuracy, and an understanding of safe ergonomic practices on the floor.
  • Languages & Licenses: Fluent in both German (B2 at a minimum) and English, with other languages considered a strong plus. A forklift driving license (Flurförderzeugschein) is a strong asset.
