Dein Aufgaben gebiet:
- Prüfen, Erfassen und Bearbeiten von Leistungsabrechnungen
- Kontrollieren von Leistungsansprüchen gemäss gesetzlichen und internen Vorgaben
- Klären von Rückfragen mit Versicherten, Leistungserbringenden und internen Fachstellen
- Bearbeiten von Mutationen sowie Nachfordern und Rückerstattungen
- Sicherstellen einer termingerechten Fallbearbeitung
- Mitarbeit beim Optimieren der Prozesse und administrativen Aufgaben
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Grundausbildung
- Erfahrung in einer Leistungsabteilung
- Exakte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2)
- Work location 3008 Bern (BE)
- Workload 80% - 100%
