Universitäre Klinikabteilung der Insel Gruppe sucht eine/n administrative/n Allrounder/in zur Unterstützung der Neurologie. Sie koordinieren Termine, betreuen Anfragen telefonisch und per E-Mail und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Ärzten, Therapeuten, Patient:innen und Mitarbeitenden.
Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, zuverlässig und serviceorientiert, verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse;
Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
