Die Insel Gruppe bietet jährlich 6–7 Lehrstellen als Kauffrau:mann EFZ in der Gesundheitsbranche an und betreut den Verwaltungsbereich des Spitals. Du arbeitest in Patientenadministration, Empfang Poliklinik, Kliniksekretariat, Finanzen, Einkauf oder Personalwesen.
Du koordiniert Sprechstunden, Terminvergaben, Patientenüberweisungen und verhandelst am Telefon. Die Ausbildung findet auch im Hintergrund des Betriebs statt und du wechselst deinen Arbeitsplatz ca. alle sechs Monate.
