AMAG Group AG sucht am Standort Bern Wankdorf eine zuvorkommende Serviceassistent/-in. Sie arbeiten eng mit Service, Werkstatt und Administration zusammen, koordinieren Aufgaben und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Aufträge.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die professionelle Vorbereitung der Aufträge, die administrative Unterstützung und die Koordination der Kundentermine zwischen Werkstatt und Kundendienst. Gute kaufmännische Ausbildung und Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen sind gefragt.
