Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft SECO sucht eine unterstützende Administrative/Assistentenstelle in Bern. Sie leisten organisatorische und logistische Unterstützung, bereiten Dossiers für Wirtschaftsmissionen vor und koordinieren Reisen, Termine und Offerten. Zudem verwalten Sie interne Prozesse und pflegen den Webauftritt.
Sie übernehmen Stellvertretungen, verfassen Korrespondenzen in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch und arbeiten eng mit der Leistungsbereichsleitung BW zusammen.
