• Lead a team of 30 software and hardware engineers
• Optimise development processes and organisation

• Strategy and implementation responsibility for SW & HW development

• Experience in leading teams across multiple hierarchical levels
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience in industry
• Solid engineering education (e.g. medical, electronics, mechanical, IT, software or mathematics) with appropriate degree, proven track record
• Experience in outsourcing, nearshoring or offshoring
• Fluent in German and English, any other language an advantage
