Manufacturing Technician USP or DSP

Supporting a major Biopharma/Biotech client in Switzerland, this role focuses on technical expertise and operational excellence within GMP environments.

• Own the master schedule
  : manage and maintain the Primavera P6 master schedule across all levels, ensuring its quality, governance and credibility
• Track real progress
  : measure engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning delivery, and keep the schedule basis documents current
• Drive planning forward
  : lead interactive planning sessions with cross‑functional teams and integrate discipline schedules into one coherent picture
• Spot issues early
  : monitor deviations, run critical path analyses, and propose corrective actions before problems escalated
• Be the voice of the schedule
  : deliver clear progress reports, trends and milestone updates to project leadership and stakeholders

• 10+ years' planning experience on large pharmaceutical/biotech projects (CHF 100M+), including EPC/EPCM‑type contracts
• Strong hands‑on expertise in multi‑user Primavera P6 environments
• Ability to turn complex schedule data into clear insights senior management can act on
• Autonomous and proactive with excellent communication and influencing skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment
• A degree in Engineering or Science
• Fluent English (German a strong asset)
