Operational Support Scientist; m​/w​/d

Proclinical is seeking an Operational Support Scientist to join a dynamic and collaborative team in the pharmaceutical industry. This role focuses on compliance within the Value Stream Filling area of production, offering opportunities for professional and personal growth. You will play a key role in investigating deviations, coordinating projects, and managing documentation processes.

• Investigate deviations and prepare detailed deviation reports.
• Draft and manage change requests, coordinate necessary actions, and monitor progress.
• Create or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, and work instructions.
• Conduct risk analyses, including Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

• Academic background in natural sciences (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, biology) or equivalent professional experience.
• Initial experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry, particularly in GMP environments.
• Familiarity with at least one of the listed responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills, quick adaptability to new topics, and a proactive, independent work style.
• Team-oriented mindset with clear and open communication skills, actively engaging stakeholders.
• Proficient in German (fluent) and English (good working knowledge).
