About the team and the roleParts & Accessories (P&A) is one of eBay’s largest and most strategic categories globally, with Europe representing a key region driven by strong positions in Germany and the UK and significant growth opportunities across France, Italy, and Spain. The Europe P&A team is focused on accelerating growth, improving marketplace performance, and delivering better experiences for buyers and sellers across the region.
As Senior Manager, Europe Parts & Accessories Strategy & Business Operations, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and business performance across the European P&A organization. Based in Bern and reporting to the Head of Europe Parts & Accessories Strategy & Business Operations, you will partner closely with leaders across the UK and Continental Europe to solve complex business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
This highly visible individual contributor role offers significant exposure to senior leadership across Europe and the global Motors organization while providing opportunities to influence strategy and business outcomes across multiple markets.
Lead strategic analyses and develop recommendations on high-priority opportunities that support growth and performance across the European Parts & Accessories business.
Build business cases, financial models, and executive-level insights that inform investment decisions, strategic initiatives, and resource allocation.
Partner with regional teams to identify growth opportunities, address business challenges, and improve marketplace performance across European markets.
Lead cross-functional programs involving Commercial, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teams to drive execution of key priorities.
Support annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning processes through performance reporting and actionable recommendations.
Analyze buyer and seller behavior to identify marketplace opportunities, customer pain points, and initiatives that improve selection, pricing competitiveness, fitment accuracy, fulfillment, trust, and cross-border trade.
Influence and align stakeholders across functions and markets while independently leading high-impact work streams and contributing to a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, finance, analytics, product management, or related disciplines.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience working with large datasets and business performance metrics to drive decision-making.
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
Ability to structure ambiguous business problems, evaluate options, and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience creating executive-level materials and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
Demonstrated project and program management capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities and timelines independently.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. Experience in eCommerce, marketplace platforms, automotive, retail, technology, or related industries is preferred.
