Experienced Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• You support projects from requirements elicitation and process modeling through to implementation for clients in the public sector
• You work closely with business units, project managers, IT teams and other stakeholders
• You analyze, gather and document functional and technical requirements
• You ensure that processes are designed to be efficient, transparent and sustainable
• You assist in the further development of existing systems and procedures
• You facilitate alignments and workshops with diverse stakeholders
• You identify optimization opportunities and develop pragmatic solutions
• You operate at the intersection of organization, processes and technology

• Advanced education or further training in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field
• Solid professional experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector or in regulated organizations
• Good knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Certifications such as IREB or HERMES, or further training in Requirements Engineering & Business Analysis, are a strong advantage
• Solid knowledge of UML and practical experience with corresponding tools
• Confident and routine use of Jira/Confluence
• Strong interest in IT and the digitization of business processes
• Excellent skills in writing user stories and defining interfaces
