Position: (Senior) Wealth Planner & Relationship Manager (w/m/d)

Responsibilities
  • Assume a leading role in holistic advice to clients in wealth and retirement planning at the Bern location.
  • Develop and implement complex advisory concepts in investment, wealth organisation and tax optimisation independently at the highest level.
  • Continuously manage individual wealth‑management mandates and ensure high service quality.
  • Take professional responsibility, support team building and further development, and actively contribute to staff training.
  • Represent the company at target‑group specific client acquisition events such as seminars, webinars or representative occasions, confidently driving growth.
Qualifications
  • University (Uni/FH) degree, ideally complemented by a financial planner training; several years of experience in holistic wealth planning.
  • Expertise in investments, pensions, tax and financing, delivering bespoke solutions for demanding clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and positive attitude, driving new initiatives.
  • Ideally own an affluent client book and capable of building sustainable relationships.
  • Fluency in German (native) and plus English and other languages.
