Blackbird® Talent Solutions is looking for a Business Controller / FP&A in Bern, managing financial performance and supporting decision-making in a fast-moving FMCG business. You will monitor P&L and working capital while owning sales and commercial controlling.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is proactive, and communicates effectively. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Economics is required, alongside fluency in German and English. Four days in the office is expected, and experience in BI tools is beneficial.
