Eidgenössische Finanzmarktaufsicht FINMA sucht engagierte Unterstützung im Finanzmarktrecht. Das Team benötigt Hilfe bei Insolvenz- und Sanierungsthemen, um wertvolle Praxiserfahrung zu sammeln.
Wesentlicher Teil der Aufgaben ist die Mitarbeit an Verfügungen im Insolvenzrecht sowie die Unterstützung bei der Beurteilung von Anerkennungsgesuchen und Bewilligungen. Ein Master in Rechtswissenschaften und fundierte Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind erforderlich, während weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil sind.
