As a Finance & Controlling Specialist, you take on a central role around operational accounting, reporting and controlling. You ensure reliable figures, develop evaluations and processes further, and support various stakeholders with well-founded decision-making bases. In doing so, you combine operational financial skills with analytical thinking.

You manage operational accounting according to REKOLE guidelines and ensure that internal as well as external requirements are correctly represented. At the same time, you are the central contact person for questions regarding operational accounting and contribute your expertise in exchange with various stakeholders.

You take on application responsibility for operational accounting in the ERP system Opale blue Pearl as well as our reporting tool Qlik Sense. You create recurring internal and external reports, prepare statistical data, and ensure that relevant key figures are available in an understandable and reliable manner.

Another focus is on the further development of our financial and medical controlling. You create ad-hoc analyses, get to the bottom of issues, and thus create well-founded decision-making bases. In addition, you participate in quarterly and annual financial statements, support ISO and IKS processes, and contribute to various projects.

You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting, controlling or business administration – or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in finance and accounting and/or controlling as well as very good Excel skills and an affinity for ERP, reporting and financial systems characterise you. Knowledge of Opale blue Pearl, REKOLE and experience in healthcare are advantageous.
