Join a dynamic corporate finance environment where you will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business areas to support strategic decision-making and financial performance management. In this role, you will help translate financial information into meaningful business insights, ensuring strong financial governance and supporting long-term organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of operating and investment expenditure plans, including annual budgeting exercises, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Assist in the month-end reporting process by validating financial results, monitoring performance against targets, and providing meaningful commentary on key trends.
  • Produce management reports, financial analyses, and performance dashboards that enable informed decision-making and enhance business visibility.
  • Work alongside functional leaders to evaluate investment opportunities, assess financial impacts of strategic initiatives, and develop forecasting scenarios.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve data integrity within enterprise finance systems and planning tools.
  • Support the maintenance and optimization of financial data structures and reporting frameworks to ensure reliability and consistency across the organization.
Candidate Profile
  • Approximately five years of experience within financial planning, management accounting, commercial finance, or financial analysis functions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a data-focused mindset and a proven ability to transform complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills combined with practical experience using ERP platforms; exposure to modern business intelligence and planning solutions is highly desirable.
  • Proactive, accountable, and solution-driven, with the confidence to operate effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across different business functions.
  • Professional fluency in both English and German.
