Unternehmensauskunft in Bern sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft im Veranstaltungsbereich zur Betreuung von Veranstaltungen vom Erstkontakt bis zur Rechnungsstellung. Sie erstellen Angebote in Absprache mit Vorgesetzten und koordinieren Seminarräumlichkeiten mit Protel.
Zudem bereiten Sie Räumlichkeiten mit dem Bankett-Team vor und betreuen Organisatoren vor Ort. Sie arbeiten zentral in Bern, arbeiten flexibel auch an Wochenenden und profitieren von Anstellungsbedingungen gemäss L-GAV Gastronomie
