Das Berner Generationenhaus sucht ab Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n operativen Mitarbeiter/in Tagungsräume. Die Position umfasst 80% und verbindet Front- und Background-Tätigkeiten rund um Seminare, Tagungen und Veranstaltungen.
Du bereitest Räume vor, richtest sie nach Kundenwunsch ein, stellst Seminar- und Medientechnik bereit und betreust Gäste vor Ort. Zudem koordinierst du Verpflegung, reinigst Räume nach Events und bist in Früh- und Spätschicht sowie gelegentlich am Samstag im
