Victoria Jungfrau sucht als Sous Chef Hauptküche Hygiene & Logistik (a) 100% ab 01. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung. Die Stelle übernimmt Mitverantwortung für Abläufe, Hygienekonzept und Personalführung in der Haupt- und Eventküche am Hotelstandort.
Sie koordinieren Buffet- und Eventaufbauten, sorgen für korrekte Lagerung und Bereitstellung von Materialien und arbeiten eng mit dem Executive Sous Chef und Executive Chef zusammen. Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind von Vorteil.
