Hotel Silberhorn & Spa, a renowned hotel located in the heart of the beautiful Swiss Alps in Wengen, is seeking a dedicated and reliable A la carte Chef (m/f/d) to join our team for the current summer season.

• Independent management and organization of your kitchen station
• Preparation and execution of the daily mise en place
• Creative processing and presentation of high-quality products
• Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation
• Coordinating with the kitchen team during service
• Compliance with and implementation of HACCP standards

• Completed vocational training as a chef (EFZ or equivalent)
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Independent and structured working style with strong organizational skills
• German language skills; additional languages are welcome
• Enjoyment of varied tasks and working in a team
• Passion for the hotel and gastronomy industry
