Your tasks
- Cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms according to quality standards
- Support in the cleaning and maintenance of public hotel areas
- Compliance with the applicable hygiene regulations and implementation of IHG standards
- Carrying out regular and basic cleaning
- Careful handling of cleaning agents and responsibility for the laundry process
- Reporting repair needs or special incidents to the housekeeper
- Experience in cleaning, housekeeping or comparable work is an advantage
- Reliable and careful way of working
- Basic knowledge of German to ensure communication within the team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Discretion and friendly behavior towards guests
