Die Rolle beinhaltet die Unterstützung bei der Modernisierung von HR-Prozessen und die aktive Mitwirkung an der Organisationsentwicklung. Ideale Kandidaten sollten eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie Weiterbildung im HR-Management haben, mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Business-Partnering mitbringen und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse besitzen. Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft sind von Vorteil.
