Eine HR-Dienstleistungsfirma in Bern sucht eine/n Senior HR Controller:in. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle sind Sie für die Analyse und Interpretation von HR-Daten zuständig und entwickeln entscheidungsrelevante Reports. Erforderlich sind eine Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder HR sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR-Controlling. Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit SAP sind ebenfalls erforderlich. Gute Deutschkenntnisse und die Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften sind entscheidend für diesen Job.
