We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Payroll Administrator to support our payroll team in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for candidates starting their career in payroll or HR administration and looking to build hands‑on experience in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities Payroll Administration Support
  • Process, sort, and distribute daily incoming and outgoing postal correspondence.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of payroll-related documentation and employee files.
  • Enter, update, and verify employee data in internal systems (e.g., address changes, bank details, contract updates).
  • Answer incoming email inquiries from employees and stakeholders regarding payroll topics.
  • Handle and resolve tickets in the payroll ticketing system with accuracy and timely follow‑up.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior payroll specialists when necessary.
Unemployment & Social Insurance Documentation
  • Prepare, complete, and process unemployment-related documents and confirmations.
  • Coordinate with external bodies (e.g., unemployment offices, insurance carriers) as needed.
  • Ensure correct filing and documentation according to legal and company standards.
General Administrative Support
  • Assist the payroll team with monthly payroll preparation tasks.
  • Support audits, controls, and compliance checks by gathering required documentation.
  • Maintain clear and organized digital and physical files.
Key Requirements Qualifications
  • First experience in HR, payroll, finance, or administrative roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Interest in building a career in payroll, HR, or finance.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in administrative work.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office tools, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Willingness to learn payroll systems and processes.
