- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Planerisches und organisatorisches Flair sowie Eigeninitiative
- Affinität für den Service public und das Arbeiten in einem politischen Umfeld sowie Verwaltungsverständnis
