Das Eidgenössische Institut für Geistiges Eigentum sucht einen engagierten HR Business Partner (w/m/d) zur Beratung und Begleitung von Führungskräften im Employee Lifecycle. Sie werden den Rekrutierungsprozess verantworten und aktiv an strategischen HR-Projekten mitwirken.
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Umfeld sind erforderlich. Sehr gute Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse sind notwendig. Die Rolle bietet die Möglichkeit, wirklichen Einfluss auf unsere HR-Prozesse zu nehmen.
