- Bearbeitung der HR-Prozesse
- Optimierung interner HR-Prozesse und Abläufe
- Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Korrespondenz in deutscher Sprache
- Verarbeitung von Lohnläufen, Quellensteuern, Sozialversicherungen und ELM-Meldungen
- Erstellung und Pflege von HR-Reports und Kennzahlen
- Ausbildung als HR-Sachbearbeiter/in oder HR-Assistent/in
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer HR-Servicefunktion oder ähnlicher Position
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im HR-Life-Cycle
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und belastbare Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstark, diskret und serviceorientiert
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Arbeitsrecht, HR-Systemen und MS-Office
