Kraftwerke Oberhasli AG (KWO) sucht ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Mitarbeiter:in für den HR-Bereich in Innertkirchen mit 80–100 % Arbeitszeit. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung von Bewerbungen und Personalstammdaten sowie die Berufsbildung.
Der ideale Kandidat bringt Berufserfahrung im HR oder eine Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter:in HR mit. Wir erwarten Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise auch Erfahrung mit Abacus.
