We're looking for an HR & Administration Specialist who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen. In this role, you'll help create a great employee experience while ensuring our HR, office, and administrative operations run smoothly as we continue to grow.
Your Responsibilities- Support HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and support the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data quality across HR systems and documentation.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, suppliers, facilities, and administrative processes.
- Organize logistics, schedules, and administrative preparations for company-wide meetings and events.
- Assist the Finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative activities, including invoice processing, expense management, data entry, and record keeping.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, incoming calls, and general administrative inquiries.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You take ownership, anticipate needs, and follow through without waiting for instructions.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to work across all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup where priorities can change quickly and flexibility is part of everyday work.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
