Sie beraten Führungskräfte, entwickeln HR-Kennzahlen und treiben Change-Projekte voran. Idealerweise bringen Sie mehrjährige Leitungserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen sowie einen FH/HF‑Abschluss oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung mit.
