Der Kanton Bern sucht eine/n Personalberater/in für die Regionale Arbeitsvermittlung. Sie analysieren die Arbeitsmarktsituation, führen Beratungsgespräche durch und entwickeln Wiedereingliederungsstrategien für Stellensuchende.
Sie verfügen über eine EFZ-Lehre, mindestens fünf Jahre Beratungserfahrung, sind bereit für den HR-Fachleute Lehrgang B und beherrschen Deutsch sicher;
Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Moderne Büros, Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und Jahresarbeitszeit werden geboten.
