Application Manager

Are you looking to move beyond project-based consulting and take long-term ownership of a business-critical HR application landscape?

For an established, internationally operating company based in Switzerland, we are looking for a hands-on Application Manager with strong SAP Success Factors expertise. In this position, you will act as the key link between HR, IT and external implementation partners while taking responsibility for the ongoing operation and development of the HR systems landscape.

• Take operational ownership of SAP Success Factors and related HR applications
• Configure and continuously improve selected Success Factors modules
• Gather, analyse and prioritise requirements from HR stakeholders
• Translate business needs into practical and sustainable system solutions
• Support HR processes related to employee data, time management and payroll
• Coordinate interfaces between Success Factors and connected SAP and third-party systems
• Independently implement smaller enhancements and change requests
• Coordinate external implementation and development partners
• Plan and support testing activities, releases, system enhancements and migrations
• Work closely with HR key users and international stakeholders
• Gradually assume end-to-end responsibility for the assigned application landscape

• Several years of practical experience with SAP Success Factors, ideally around three to five years
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central and experience with at least one additional Success Factors area
• Hands-on experience in Success Factors configuration or customising
• Experience in application management, HRIS or a comparable in-house position
• Good understanding of HR processes, time management, payroll and system interfaces
• Ability to structure business requirements and translate them into feasible IT solutions
• Experience coordinating external implementation partners or service providers
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, Integration Suite or CPI is an advantage
• Experience with Swiss HR, payroll or time-management processes is highly desirable
• Fluent German and good English are essential for this position
