HR Generalist, HR Controlling, Personnel Administration

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire HR function at a site with approximately 120 to 150 employees
• Responsible for HR controlling at the site and ensuring meaningful reporting of relevant HR metrics
• Preparation of HR KPIs for management and group reporting
• FTE and headcount planning in close collaboration with management and finance for budget and forecast
• Act as an HR Business Partner to managers and employees
• Ensure reliable and timely personnel administration across the entire employee lifecycle
• Ensure high data quality in HR systems and complete and accurate handling of administrative processes
• Continuously develop HR processes, reporting and administrative workflows

• Successfully completed HR specialist training with Swiss Federal Certificate (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Solid experience in HR controlling, HR reporting and preparing HR metrics
• Broad experience in personnel administration and familiarity with processes across the entire employee lifecycle
• Confident user of Excel, HR systems and ideally reporting or BI tools
• Several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in a corporate or corporate-affiliated SME environment
• Confident communication in German (native) and English (strong proficiency)
