Die Sicherheitsdirektion des Kantons Bern (SID) sucht eine/n Leiter/in HR-Beratung mit Führungserfahrung und Expertise in Transformationsprozessen. Sie leiten ein 13-köpfiges Beratungsteam und gestalten zentrale HR-Prozesse sowie deren fachliche Qualität.
Ihre Aufgabe ist es, Orientierung zu schaffen, Zusammenarbeit zu stärken und Beratungsqualität über alle HR-Bereiche hinweg sicherzustellen. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Leitungsteam des HR SID zusammen und tragen zur Weiterentwicklung eines
