Universität Bern sucht eine/n Sachbearbeiter/in HR (80–100%) zur selbständigen Abwicklung der Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt. Sie betreuen das Bewerbungsmanagement, planen Rekrutierungsprozesse und koordinieren die Arbeitszeiterfassung.
Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung EFZ mit, idealerweise Weiterbildung als Personalassistent/in, sowie hohe Selbständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit; gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
