• Independently draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of legal agreements for the EMEA region, including MSAs, HCP and HCO contracts, CDAs, and other commercial templates.
• Create, maintain, and update contract templates to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize contracting processes.
• Manage agreements throughout the full contract lifecycle within the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
• Provide solution‑oriented legal support to internal business partners across functions.
• Prepare and update training materials and maintain FAQs related to standard contractual documentation.
• Support alignment with internal policies, legal guidelines, and regional requirements.

• Master of Law degree and national legal qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in a law firm or international corporate environment (biotech/pharma experience is a strong plus).
• Language skills:
  • English: native or business proficient (mandatory)
  • German: native or business proficient (mandatory)
  • French: strong advantage
• Strong commercial contracting expertise with the ability to manage agreements end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem‑solving abilities, and attention to detail.

In Switzerland, for contract roles it is mandatory for the candidate to be a Swiss citizen or a European passport holder.
