As Senior Risk Manager, you will take ownership of risk management across development and production, ensuring robust safety standards throughout the entire product lifecycle.

You will:

• 🔎 Plan, implement and maintain structured risk management processes
• 📑 Create, review and maintain risk analyses and documentation
• Support development & product teams in defining effective risk mitigation measures
• 🔄 Ensure transparent risk communication internally and with external partners
• 🎓 Provide training and methodological guidance to cross-functional teams

You will operate at the intersection of engineering, quality, and product management — influencing decisions that matter.

• 🎓 Degree in a technical or scientific discipline
• 🧠 Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management within regulated industries
• 🏥
  Experience in medical technology is required — ideally within medical devices
• 📊 Strong analytical mindset combined with confident communication skills
• 🖥 Experience using risk management tools
• 🗣 German (B1/B2 minimum, willingness to actively use and improve is essential)
• 🌍 English fluent
