Location:
Bern, Switzerland. Final date to receive applications: 19 July 2026.
- Lead and help design, develop, and formulate strategies, policies and governance frameworks for all aspects of physical services remuneration systems and improve methods of managing, modernizing and integrating these systems.
- Provide authoritative advice to General Management and other directorates and programmes on matters related to UPU remuneration systems.
- Initiate, plan, supervise and coordinate, through subordinate managers and experts, the projects and activities of functionally specialized units of the program to ensure the accomplishment of tasks.
- Lead, coordinate and ensure delivery of the work assigned by Congress to the Council of Administration (CA) in the areas covered by the position.
