Wir suchen für eine renommierte Langzeitinstitution in Bern eine engagierte Teamleitung Pflege 80–100 % mit Führungsstärke und Herz.
Ihre Aufgaben:- Führung eines Teams von ca. 25 Mitarbeitenden
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität und eines reibungslosen Betriebs
- Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe und Mitarbeit in der direkten Pflege
- 40–60 % Bürotätigkeit, restliche Zeit direkte Pflege
- Max. 1 Wochenenddienst pro Monat
- Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH oder gleichwertig anerkannte Ausbildung
- Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Organisationsgeschick und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
