Die Schweizerische Flüchtlingshilfe SFH sucht eine Leiterin/ einen Leiter Bildung (80–90%) und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung. Co-Leitung Bern/Lausanne möglich (100%). Sie gestalten nationale Bildungsarbeit, führen zwei Standorte und ein 9-köpfiges Team aus Fluchterfahrung.
Sie bringen Masterabschluss in Bildung, mehrjährige Leadership-Erfahrung und Kenntnisse im Asylwesen mit. Flexible Arbeitszeiten, Homeoffice, Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und moderner Arbeitsplatz erwarten Sie.
